How to book...1. Please let us know your specific requirements and the date that you require your tour:Phone: 44(0)20 8989 4422 or 44(0)7817 820301 Email:Please click here (emails will normally be replied to within 24 hours)... We will contact you to provide more information/ answer any questions you may have. 2. Secure your booking by emailing a confirmation. A 20% minimum deposit in either $US or £GB secures a booking so just contact us by email or phone and we will organise with you how you would like to pay. It's all very easy. On payment of a deposit you are accepting our Terms & Conditions (please click here for details). 3. Once your deposit is received Guided Tours UK will send you an email confirmation. Please send complete details of your trip with your booking including: Your details (name and address - telephone number/s - email etc. Tour name/type Date of Tour Number of people Deposit paid Total cost outstanding Hotel/ meeting point and time if confirmed (if you do not yet have this information we will arrange your meeting point with you nearer your tour date). 4. The remainder of the payment would then need to be paid by money transfer, $US cheque/£GB cheque (payment to clear no later than 14 days before your tour date) TO: Guided Tours UK 28 Wanstead Park Avenue Wanstead London E12 5EN United Kingdom OR cash (if pre-arranged) on the day of your tour. 5. Have a fantastic time! N.B. All driver-guided tours INCLUDE transportation and fuel costs from and back to the client's agreed location as well as the pre-agreed services of a professional Blue Badge Driver Tourist Guide. Where a tour states to meet at the venue, transport costs to that venue are not included. A lunch stop of approximately one hour is allowed for within the full day tour time. The cost of food, entrance fees and parking for all relevant venues is not included and should be paid on the day of the tour by the client unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing with Guided Tours UK. While we will always endeavour to keep to the requested tour schedule, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can affect the itinerary. Guided Tours UK cannot be held responsible for any such events, but will make every effort to add other attractions to tours whenever possible. With certain special tours, if a visit requires the use of public transport, a suitable travel ticket may need to be purchased by the client at extra cost. If a Blue Badge Guide is expected to stay over night with a group, the subsistence rate is payable by the client at the time of booking the tour or to the guide on the day if a tour extension has been agreed by arrangement. A deposit of at least 20% of the total cost of the tour/s is payable at the time of booking. Payment can be by cash ($US or £GB, $US cheque or £GB cheque (please allow approximately 14 days for clearance) or direct money transfer. Cancellation Charges Apply As Follows:Over 30 days before tour, any payment already received (excluding your deposit) will be returned less any administration fees.On or less than 30 days before a tour the full cost of that tour is due to Guided Tours UK. | |
